Business Reply Labels are provided to you at no additional cost to ship cases to our lab when using the United States Postal Service. Please allow 2-3 days for your case to reach our lab if using our Business Labels.
Priority (1st class) boxes, tape and delivery confirmation slips can be ordered free of charge from the U.S. Postal service by calling 1.800.222.1811 and asking for box #4.
We return cases using UPS to guarantee that we meet your due dates.

For your convenience and so that you can keep your patients as informed as possible, we offer the following schedule for our products:
- Please allow 2-3 working days for rebases, relines, repairs, rims, custom trays, bleaching trays and mouthguards.
- Allow 3-5 working days for returning wax try-ins and finished products.
- Allow 8-10 working days for cast frames.
- 1 day service is available for all services (excluding cast frames and gold denture teeth) for an additional charge of $15.00 per unit plus overnight shipping charges when they apply.
